Training Centre For Advanced Agriculture

Our Training Centre for Advanced Agriculture is dedicated to empowering farmers with the latest agricultural practices and sustainable farming techniques. We organize hands-on sessions, expert talks, and live demonstrations covering topics like precision farming, crop rotation, and modern irrigation systems. The goal is to help local farmers adopt new technologies while improving productivity and profitability.

Mechanised Communal Farming Of Paddy

We have adopted a mechanized communal farming model for paddy cultivation, combining modern machinery with collective farming practices. This approach reduces labour costs, ensures timely sowing and harvesting, and enhances yield quality. By pooling resources and equipment, farmers benefit from shared costs and consistent results across larger tracts of land.

Farm Mechanization

At our farm, mechanization plays a central role in every stage — from soil preparation to harvesting. Using advanced tractors, transplanters, and threshers, we have significantly reduced manual labour while improving efficiency. These innovations help us maintain uniform crop standards, reduce wastage, and support large-scale production with minimal environmental impact.

Rural Enterpreneurship Developement Program

Through our Rural Entrepreneurship Development Programme, we encourage local youth and farmers to become agripreneurs. We provide training in value addition, agribusiness management, and post-harvest processing. The programme focuses on creating employment opportunities and fostering self-reliance in the rural community.

Horticulture Wadi Developement

Our Horticulture Wadi Development initiative promotes the cultivation of fruit-bearing trees and intercrops suitable for local soil and climate conditions. By developing diversified “wadi” (orchard) systems, we aim to provide year-round income and improve soil health. The project also supports small and marginal farmers in transitioning toward sustainable horticultural practices.

Government Paddy Procurement Centre

Our farm collaborates closely with the Government Paddy Procurement Centre, ensuring fair pricing and timely procurement for local farmers. This system not only guarantees market access but also supports transparent and efficient trade practices. Farmers benefit from assured payments and reduced dependence on middlemen.
