LAKSHYA JOURNEY WITH FARMERS

Eklavya Food Park

The Eklavya Food Park will be established on a 1-acre plot in Village Hardua, Katni, Madhya Pradesh. Despite the smaller scale compared to typical Mega Food Parks (50-100 acres), the project adopts a compact, efficient design to cater to local needs while adhering to the MFPS cluster-based approach. The park will include:

Ripening Chambers

At our farm, we have established advanced ripening chambers to ensure that fruits like tomatoes, bananas, and mangoes reach consumers in their freshest and most natural state. These chambers allow us to control the ripening process scientifically — maintaining the perfect balance of temperature, humidity, and ventilation to achieve uniform color, texture, and flavor.

Seed Grader

At our farm, we utilize a modern seed grading system to ensure only the best quality seeds are used for cultivation. Our Seed Grader plays a vital role in enhancing productivity by separating seeds based on their size, weight, and purity, ensuring uniform growth and high-yield crops.
